Campus accommodation

Dormitory check-in takes place in the third building. Please note that you must have your ID with you at the time of moving in and registration at the campus. Each student sign the residency AGREEMENT with the University campus for a period of one academic year. The conditions of the contract renewal are indicated in the ORDER OF SETTLEMENT.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT

Students are accommodated in five-bedded and two-bedded rooms on the campus. Each room is equipped with a sleeping and working area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Problems with accommodation are resolved by contacting the administrators or by submitting a service request. The working hours of the building administrators and their contacts are listed on the website in the Contacts section. The cost calculation of accommodation for students is indicated in the "Documents" section.

Room cleaning

Cleaning service The cleaning service cleans up the following areas in the rooms:  

  • Bathroom (fixtures and floor cleaning) 
  • Kitchen set (only spaces free of residents personal belongings)
  • Mopping (only spaces free of residents personal belongings)
  • Carrying the trash out (kitchen and bathroom)
  • Change the bed linen (you need to put a sheet, blanket cover, pillowcase, hand towel and bath towel on the edge of your bed).   

ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICE

You can use this service by submitting a service request in this section or by contacting the administrator in person. The service is provided for a fee. 

COMMUNICATION

By registering a service request in this section you can call a technical specialist to fix problems in the room, apply for relocation to another room, order an additional cleaning service, give feedback to the administration and etc.

STUDY ROOMS

There are study rooms in each building. The study room is available 24 hours. The student community independently controls the use of these rooms. You can get the key to the study room from the student responsible for the access. Rules for using the room are available in the "Documents" section.

Laundry

Self-service laundries are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of each building. Laundry facilities are available 24 hours. Rules for using drying and washing machines are available in the "Documents" section and in the laundries.

DRINKING WATER

Drinking water is available for residents twenty-four-hours. Each resident can replace an empty bottles with a full one on their own. There are rooms for storing drinking water on the first floors of the buildings, students can access to these rooms by pass card. You can get a water bottle pump from the administrator in the building 2 or 3. Rules for using the water room are available in the "Documents" section and on the water room door.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

During summer holidays you can use luggage storage service for free. Students who leave the campus in the period between May 15 till August 31 can leave their personal belongings there. For registration and transfering personal belongings to the temporary storage, you need to contact the administrator in the building № 3. In the period from September 1 to May 14, the service is provided for a fee. Luggage storage rules are available in the "Documents" section and at the information Desk in the building №3. 

BICYCLE STORAGE

The Bicycle storage room is located on the ground floor of building №2. You can get the key to the room at the security post of the building. Rules for using this room are available in the "Documents" section and in the Bicycle storage room.

REPAIR AND SEWING CLOTHES

A repair and tailoring service is available on campus. To get this service, you can contact the administrator in the building # 3. The service is provided for a fee.

CORRESPONDENCE

A resident can get a letter during the working hours of the reception in building 3, every day from 9 to 19:30. Information about the receipt of correspondence is published in the telegram channel of the campus https://t.me/campus_info
